Celebrate sunshine with a Wilderness Yoga Adventure this summer with a 3 day and 2 night adventure in the mountains of the central cascades of Washington! The hike in is a moderate backpacking trek to a gorgeous meadow. We’ll set up base camp below a mountain pass overlooking the Stuart Range and day hike from base camp to soak in all the views.

Over the course of our weekend together:

  • We’ll hike to the top of a mountain with outstanding views into the heart of the Cascade Mountain Range from Mt. Rainier all the way to Mt. Baker.
  • We’ll practice 4 yoga classes and connect with ourselves in nature.
  • Dine on delicious gourmet backcountry meals all prepared for you based on your dietary preferences and needs.
  • Relax next to crystal clear creek during down time to journal, reflect, read or meditate.

The total mileage is approximately 15 miles over 3 days and the itinerary is designed for all experience levels. Rental equipment is available.

Group size is limited to preserve and respect the wilderness setting.

The retreat is led by Jessica Winters, an avid hiker, mountain climber, yoga practitioner and wilderness explorer. Since 2002, she has hiked the entire lengths of the Pacific Crest Trail, Appalachian Trail, and the Continental Divide Trail which completed her Triple Crown in 2007. She hiked each trail end to end taking nearly 6 months to complete each hike. All three are over 2000 miles a piece! She has been practicing yoga regularly since 2004 and has been a certified yoga teacher since 2011.
