Join this Washington hiking and yoga retreat in the cascade mountains. The retreat includes two nights lodging, organic meals, yoga classes, hiking, kirtan & more.

It will take place at Peaceful Mountain is a beautiful accommodation near Mt. Baker with everything we need: yoga space with hardwood floors, meditation spaces, exercise room, hot tub, sauna, full kitchen serving organic meals, and access to nature and hiking trails.

The retreat is led by Roy Holman and Kristi Allen:

Roy Holman will teach classes and lead the hike. Roy teaches a breath-connected, meditative, flow vinioga, and has led around 40 retreats, in the North Cascades as well as in Sedona, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Guatemala. We will have a total of three or four yoga classes over the weekend in the beautiful space, two breathwork workshops,, a Saturday hike, a silent meditation walk, and kirtan / chanting with the Bhakti Bliss Band. Oh, and great food and great people!

Kristi Allen is a licensed massage practitioner and teacher. She has practiced massage for the past twenty years and have enjoyed studying meditation, movement, yoga and breathing techniques for the past 25 years. She used Breathwork to cure her asthma and the deep panic that was lying beneath it. Breath and movement are a beautiful gateway to undiscovered aspects of our being. She loves teaching people to open into the breath and find the movement of the soul that flowers there. As we become aware of our bodies, deep healing and wonder can occur.

The cost is $295 for the 3-days in shared rooms or $350 in a private room with your own bathroom.
